That wrongful death lawsuit filed in 2002 by Voletta Wallace, the mother of slain rapper Christopher Wallace
against the LAPD has been dismissed by the court.
The rapper was shot dead in Los Angeles in 1997. His murder has never been solved, has been linked to the murder of rap rival Tupac Shakur, who was killed in September, 1996.
