A man and a woman were hospitalized tonight after being shot in a South Shore apartment.
Police were called after 9 p.m. to an apartment in the 1700 block of East 79th Street where they found the two wounded people, both 25.
The man was shot in the stomach and the woman was shot in the shoulder, police said. They were both believed to be in fair condition as of about 10 p.m., police said.
